For each draftee length of contract are two seasons. No max salary, but minimum salary 1 000 000 SHVL cash. Team salary cap for season - 70M.

For free agents - one season contract, because they will get drafted next season on SHVL!!! Minimum salary 1 000 000 SHVL cash and no max salary.

Teams can now make their locker rooms, training camps aswell.
