SHVL Transactions rules

1. As a new member you have 0$ in your bank account.
2. Your first 5 TPE weekly training which costs 1 000 000$ is FOR FREE!
3. Your balance can't go under 2 000 000$!
4. You need to link your transaction to your update thread each time you buy some TPE stuff.
5. If you have no team, you spend money on free agents transactions page. If you have team - you buy everything on your teams special transaction page.
